Es werden Mitarbeiter und Kunden beschäftigt. Es kostet dem Unternehmen Zeit und Geld. Geräte zurückschicken. Wie sich das ergibt, keine Ahnung!?

Sympathie, Zufall? Danach richtet sich ein persönliches Angebot. Ich kann ja auch verstehen, dass Sky davon lebt, dass einige Kunden halt mehr bezahlen.

Weil sie entweder auf das erste Angebot eingehen oder die teuerste Variante fahren. Nämlich den vollen Betrag bezahlen, weil sie vergessen hatten rechtzeitig zu kündigen.

Wie auch immer. Diejenigen, welche ein Topangebot zur Vertragsverlängerung ergattern konnten, können sich glücklich schätzen!

Mal ein Tipp. Es gibt bei digitalfernsehen. Da wiederum bietet ein User seeehr gute Abos an. Hab selbst im August dort zugeschlagen.

Ist mit Code zum Aktivieren und personengebunden. Ansonsten ist das wohl beste Angebot das für 29,99 mit allem und 6 Monate frei.

Auch nur für ex-Kunden. Das Paket mit monatlicher Kündigung gibt es definitiv! Ich habe es auch vor 2 Wochen via Telefon angeboten bekommen.

Es bleibt einfach ein Geduldspiel…;-. Mein Vertrag lief ebenfalls am Nachdem ich schon alles zurück geschickt hatte, kam das Angebot per Telefon.

Hmmm, sehr verwirrend, denn ich hatte heute bei SKY angerufen und mir wurde gesagt: Ein Vertrag läuft 12 oder 24 Monate und verlängert sich automatisch um ein Jahr, wenn nicht vorher gekündigt wurde.

Ausnahmen wie mtl. Kündigung sind nicht möglich. Und als Verlägerungsangebot haben Sie mir das Paket für mehr angeboten, obwohl ich jetzt 29,99 zahle.

Die Preispolitik verstehe ich nicht. Irreführend wie ich finde!! Schreibt lieber Sky mit 3 Paketen inkl …. Denn komplett ist dieses Angebot sicher nicht!!

Aber ich lese es richtig, das Bestandskunden einmalig Euro zahlen und dann das Angebot auch annehmen können? Wenn es zu wenig wird und es mir nicht mehr gefällt kann ich alle 4 wochen kündigen?

Chrisbu wenn ich wüsste wie man hier ein Bild hochlädt,würde ich ein Bild von der Karte mit Code hochladen.
